earn money online

There are plenty of places to find google adwords tips all over the internet. This trend has become so HOT that EVERYONE is trying cash in.
Right now, there are dozens of so called "how-to" guides online and I'm sure you've received offers as spam in your email box too, proclaiming on their sales pages that you can make $2,000 a day doing "data entry". If they called it "writing ads on google" they would no longer have a product to try to rip you off with.
These programs are simply hoping you haven't heard of Google's Adwords or pay-per-click advertising so they can charge you to introduce you to the concept. DON'T BE FOOLED! You can find the same information here in this article as well as thousands of other places all over the internet for FREE!
The problem is that most of these programs cost at least $50 to join and they are a complete rip-off because all they do is tell you how to sign up with Google (the pay-per-click search engine where the ads will be displayed) and Clickbank (the merchant site which handles all of the business stuff such as tracking commissions and paying affiliates).
Besides the obvious problem that arises when people make people pay for free information, if a person doesn't possess at least a basic understanding of how to write successful ads they are almost 100% guaranteed to fail. Failure in advertising means losing money.
So if you buy a crappy "how-to" guide, you get burned and then you write some ads thinking you know what's what and you get burned again when you lose more money with your crappy ads. That doesn't sound like very much fun at all!(If this happened to you, don't feel embarassed, it also happened to me!)
Some of the Google Adword's tips you may or may not have been lucky enough to catch in these rip-off programs are split-testing and keyword research. I could go on and on about either one of these topics but I will just briefly describe what each of these terms means and why they are essential to running a successful Google Adwords campaign
Keyword research is referring to the cold hard facts of Pay-per- click advertising. Your ads are only as good as the keywords you have connected to them. It is not a coincidence that keywords themselves are actually the most closely guarded secret in pay-per- click advertising. Since your ad only appears when a specific keyword is searched for, if you dont have good keywords, you are either going to lose money very quickly or slowly over time. I know, that isn't very encouraging, but there is hope!
Split testing is absolutely essential to your success online. This term refers to the practice of testing different titles and or descriptions to see if the change affects ad performance. A good tip is to only change one variable (either ad title or description)at a time so that it is easy to tell what exactly caused the change in response to the ad. It is a documented fact that changing an ad's title can have a 1%, 2% and even 5% effect (postive or negative) on an ads performance. This may not seem like a lot but over thousands and thousands of ad views it makes an enormous difference.
google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);
Simply put, if you are not using good keywords or split testing for your ads you are basically wasting your time.
I would stop here but I just can't because 99% of the time if you go into the Adwords battle with only these two pieces of information, you will still fail.
There are three additional concepts that are crucial to your success in Google AdWords. These are choosing the right merchant/vendor to work with, how to find good keywords and generate tons more, and writing the actual ad itself.
Ad writing is exremely important. In case you didn't know this already, I'm going to give you a useful piece of knowledge that applies to life not just Google ads. Humans are essentially driven by two things. The desire to gain pleasure and the desire to lose pain. Good ad copy pulls at our emotional sub-conscious and convinces us that this product or that service will fulfill some sort of need within ourselves.
The only way you are going to know how to choose the right product to work with, dig up the best keywords and learn how to write truly effective ads that people will not be able to resist clicking is by testing many different concepts and ideas which will cost thousands of your hard earned dollars and hours of your valuable time.
Thankfully there is a better way and that is to buy an education by spending just a small fraction of what you would have inevitably lost on the learning curve. Just cut out the learning curve completely and spend the money more wisely on a system that someone else has perfected and uses with great success.
There are two programs that I am going to recommend you look at to help you save some of that precious time and money. These systems essentially guarantee success.
Affiliate Secret Formula provides you with just that; a proven system that virtually guarantees success. In this program, you are shown a logical process that helps you identify the best merchants to work with, useful resources to help you build the best keyword lists and proven ad formats that out-perform all other sytles of ads by a longshot.
Don't worry, this system works with many of the over 15,000 Clickbank merchants (only the ones that pass his criteria for an acceptable product) that are all FREE to work with. You don't have to be concerned that everyone using the program will be competing for the same merchants.
As the author of Affiliate Secret Formula himself says, with 500 million searches a day on Google and over 15,000 merchants to work with, this market is almost limitless.
The second program I want to mention is: Secret Affiliate Weapon This program is a lot more affordable but probably just about as effective in pinpointing crucial steps to success. The author of this progam just like the first, is a very successful affiliate marketer.
If you would like to learn more about these products, BOTH of these programs have FREE newsletters that even spill some of the beans about how to be successfulll in this business. Just quickly stop by each site to sign up for the FREE newsletters and get an e-zine in your email box packed with useful information. You always have the option to stop receiving the newsletters, so what do you have to lose, NOTHING!
GOOD LUCK with your business if you decide to get started. You can feel good about your decision, knowing your are armed with the right kind of information!!!Articles Source - Free Articles

Webmasters and Entrepreneurs around the world are beginning to learn first-hand the long-term value of using Promotional Ezine Articles to promote their businesses in the online environment.
When you are promoting your website, there are five methods that clearly occupy the top five positions in the ratings for effectiveness. These methods are not listed in the order of effectiveness, but rather in the order needed to share my story:
- Search Engine Listings- Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Listings- Website Advertising- Ezine Advertising- Free-Reprint Promotional Articles
SEARCH ENGINE LISTINGS
To get listed in the search engines does not have to cost you money. I use Free Web Submission (http://freewebsubmission.com ) for my own search engine submissions. This tool is provided for us by Jayde Online, Inc.
Although their software submits only to the top 20 spider search engines, it does provide direct links to the top 50 spider search engines.
PAY-PER-CLICK SEARCH ENGINE LISTINGS
Overture (http://overture.com ) is the largest of all of the Pay-Per-Click providers. Google Adwords is another one of the most powerful PPC providers (adwords.google.com">https://adwords.google.com ).
With PPCSE's, you buy keywords or keyword phrases from the provider. When your purchased keywords are placed into the search engine query, your ad will appear in the paid listings next to the global results.
With all systems, you only pay a fee if someone clicks your link to visit your website. Google Adwords adds tougher criteria to the basic model. Their software determines your CTR (click through rate) to make sure your advertisement is living up to the Adwords Display-to-CTR recommended ratio.
In addition, with Google Adwords, your purchased keywords must be relevent to your offerings.
WEBSITE ADVERTISING
Most content driven websites offer advertising on their site. Some sites offer their advertising at very reasonable rates, while others offer ad rates that make them viable advertising possibilities for only the largest businesses.
You should always select a website for your advertising where you suspect people in your potential marketplace actually visit.
For example, with my business, writers are the people who buy my services. So, I spend most of my advertising dollars to reach writers. One of my most effective advertising outlets I use is a site called Sell Writing Online at:http://sellwritingonline.com/ Another site I advertise on is Lyons International at:http://www.lyonsinternational.com/
EZINE ADVERTISING
When you advertise in ezines (online newsletters), you run into the same factors that you do with website advertising. Some have high ad rates, while others do not. Some have high readership, and some do not. And all of them target a certain segment of our population.
When shopping ezines to advertise in, you should always target the readers you hope to attract to your business. You should also make sure that the cost of advertising is within your budget and reaches the number of people that is needed to keep your advertising cost-effective.
Generally, ezine advertising rates run in the range of $8 to $18 per CPM. CPM is a publishers term that tells the Cost Per Thousand subscribers. If a e-zine charges $8 per CPM and has 700,000 subscribers, then your cost to have your advertisement sent to the whole list will run you a cool $5600 --- 700 x $8.
FREE-REPRINT PROMOTIONAL ARTICLES
Now, imagine if you could get your ad into dozens of ezines, and imagine that you could do so for far less than the $5600 in our example.
By using Free-Reprint Articles as a tool to promote your business you will begin to see your Classified Ad / Resource Box in the reading sections of ezines of all shapes and sizes... and all of your articles will appear in the ezines that most likely will target your potential customers.
With a free-reprint article, you are doing the publishers a favor by giving them quality reading materials that they can share with their readers. At the end of each article is what is called a "Resource Box". This resource box is like a short "About the Author" piece that resembles a short classified ad. As a general rule, the resource box should be limited to 6 lines by 65 characters. By limiting the size of the resource box, the writer is increasing his or her chance to see his or her article in print.
When you write articles that are consistent with the topics that your potential clientele will read, you are able to consistently target the people you need to reach with your advertising.
SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH PROMOTIONAL ARTICLES
I have personally used Free-Reprint Promotional Articles for the promotion of my own business for the last two and a half years consistently, and for the past five years on an intermitant basis.
My articles and the articles that I have distributed for my clients have appeared thousands of smaller ezines which offer inexpensive advertising and in hundreds of ezines which charge thousands of dollars for advertising. As a bonus, our articles are reprinted on thousands of websites of all shapes and sizes.
With just my own articles, if you were to count up the advertising fees for the publications and the websites that have published my articles, you would be able to see for yourself that I have gotten tens of thousands of dollars in free advertising in exchange for the small amount of time I had invested in creating and distributing my articles.
Whether you write your own articles or pay a ghostwriter to write your articles for you, the combined cost of creating and distributing your article is far less than the value of advertising that you will receive in exchange for the reprint use of your article.
As a general rule, by using free-reprint articles to promote your business, you can expect to gain $100 worth of free advertising for every dollar you spend to create and distribute your articles.
IN CONCLUSION
No other form of web advertising offers so much bang for the buck as does using free reprint promotional articles. The value gained from free reprint articles is big, and it is long-term. I wrote my first promotional article in 1999 --- it is still being published today on a regular basis.
With all other forms of advertising, you pay once and get immediate results. Once your dollar is spent, you will never earn any more value from that dollar --- it is long gone. With reprint articles, your dollar will deliver results to you time and time again.
The question I have for you is this. If you are not using free reprint articles to promote your business, then why aren't you?

Adwords is the component of Googles advertising programs that allows web masters or SEO professionals to advertise web sites via links from other web sites. Adwords is used in conjunction with adsense in such a way that your links are placed only on the most relevant web pages. You are given a good deal of traffic at a very reasonable price and the conversion rate from adwords is higher than that of any other pay per click advertising system on the web.
As I just mentioned, Google Adwords is a pay per click service. This means that you must pay Google a certain amount for each click that you receive via your adwords links. The best part about this is that you never have to pay unless your link is clicked so every payment that you make to Google was in exchange for a real, live potential customer.
When advertising with Adwords, it is crucial that your advertising links go to pages that have high conversion rates. You don’t want to send traffic to a page that doesn’t make money. If you have one page that absolutely blows the other pages out of the water in the way of conversion rates, setting up an adwords program that links to this site can give your profits a huge kick.
Once you have decided what pages you are going to link your ads to, you must decide what you are going to place in your ads. Google Adwords allows you to place a headline, two descriptions, a URL to display, and a destination URL. The best way to configure this is to put the title of your destination page into the title, use the two description lines to inform your visitors of what they are going to see, list your domain or root directory as the display URL, and use a high conversion page as the destination URL. This combination of information will provide your visitors with the best idea as to whether or not they are going to find something that they want to purchase on your site.
Remember that there may be a page with a high sales rate that doesn’t stand alone well if you send traffic directly to it. If you have pages that build up the products sold, these may be the places that your links are better spent. You may want to provide your visitors with a brief description or several pages of information regarding your product before sending them to the order page.
Google attempts to enforce its standards so that you do not pay for clicks that are made merely in an attempt to boost an adsense users profits. This is crucial because there are so many web masters out there who will continually click on the ads on their own pages in an attempt to boost their profits. These clicks do nothing for you as the web master probably doesn’t even look at the page before exiting it and clicking the links again.
Google’s anti-fraud system is a match for that of any advertising agency on the net. It is, however, possible that you will pay for an click here and there that is not honest. This is the risk involved in Google Adwords. It is so easy to think that you have come up with a powerful solution with no possible downside, but the possibility of fraud is always there when it comes to online pay per click ads.
The best way to combat fraudulent clicks is to keep close tabs on your statistics. If you are getting hundreds of visits from a particular web page each day and each of the visits is under twenty cents in length, there is more than a slight possibility that it is a fraudulent attempt to inflate that site’s adsense earnings. If you encounter such a practice, report it to Google immediately. This will save you and many other web masters a great deal of money. The fact that there are dishonest people in this world will not change, but the dishonesty of pay per click advertisement is diminishing and will, hopefully, continue to do so.
When using adwords, you will increase your traffic, but that isn’t the goal. The goal of advertising is to increase profits so if your profits do not increase when you begin to utilize adwords, you may want to reevaluate your usage of your ads. You may decide that you need to change the destination page or you may find that you want to display your ads on pages based in different countries. Whatever you decide, the fact is that if you plan carefully, adwords is bound to increase your sales opportunities.

You know about Google Adsense, now it's Google Ad Links for Google Adsense publishers. [ For who do not yet know what Google Adsense is : "Google AdSense is a fast and easy way for website publishers of all sizes to display relevant, unobtrusive Google ads on their website's content pages and earn money," — says Google. To open a Google Adsense account, please visit: https://www.google.com/adsense ] What are Google Ad Links? "Ad Links are a new form of text advertising that we're offering to our AdSense publishers. Using the same contextual targeting algorithm that targets Google ads to your content pages, Ad Links units display a list of topics that are relevant to your page. Each topic, when clicked, brings the user to a page of related advertisements", — this is how Ad Links are defined by Google. Basically, Google Ad Links are vertically placed links of 4 or 5 keywords related to the content of your page. On clicking a link, the visitor is shown a list of Ads by Google on that particular keyword. If the visitor clicks on an ad, you get your commission. So, why do you need to put Ad Links in your page? Simple. Because you want to earn maximum revenue from each of the pages of your site. According to Google, you are allowed to put max. 3 Adsense codes. But experts say that displaying too many Adsense ads in a page distract the attention of the visitors and they lose interest in the site. Therefore it's always advised to put only one Adsense code and that too close to the main content of the page, to get the best results. By placing just one Adsense code and no Leaderboard or Skyscraper, are we losing out some opportunities to earn more clicks on Adsense Ads? No. Because that's where Ad Links come in. Let me describe the usage of Ad Links with an example : I have a page on 'Engagement Rings' at : http://thewebcontent.com/Relationships/Relationships_Article_56.php I use 250x250 Square Adsense code with the first paragraph of the article. This code displays only 3 Adsense Ads. Now, I have placed Ad Links code just above the top of my left panel menu bar. Google currently displays 5 related keywords to the page : Engagement Ring, Carat Diamond, Ideal Diamonds, Gia Diamond and Gem Stone Ring. Each of the keywords are clickable. Through these links, I get access to : 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 4 = TOTAL 44 Adsense Ads! (at the time of writing this article) In case, Google does not find related keywords for a page, it displays a tiny search box. Visitors can put any keyword of their choice, and Google shows all Adsense Ads related to the keyword searched for! Isn't it incredible? ...that too without disturbing visitors? Actually, it helps visitors, because they always look for links related to the subject they have come to our sites for. The main advantage of Google Ad Links are that, they are displayed just like we display vertical menu—one link each line. Though Ad Links code displays "Ad Links by Google" boldly, but it gives a look of being a part of your vertical menu. And that's definitely a great advantage. To add Ad Links to your page, please follow the instructions below : 1. Log on to your Adsense account 2. Click on "Ad Settings" 3. Select the Radio Button which says : "Ad Links Units". 4. Select 4 or 5 links per ad links unit from the drop down menu 5. Select Ad layout options : 120x90, 160x90, 180x90 or 200x90 depending upon your page layout. 6. If you have saved custom Color Palettes, select the palette of your choice. 7. Copy-paste the Ad Links code from the textarea box and place it to your web site in desired place That's all! But remember that you can place only one Ad Links code in a page. If you put more than one, others will not generate any link. If you are an Adsense publisher, there is no reason why you will not add Ad Links to your page. What do you think?

With the huge success Google’s Adsense has been reaping, there are now only a handful of sites you’ll see that doesn’t feature Adsense on their sites. Everyone is hoping that they could make huge earnings from this pay-per-click affiliate program scheme Google has launched.
While there are many success stories (they are true) of sites that have generated good income from Adsense, there are still some sites that couldn’t grasp the real way of making an earning from Adsense. This is because many people have failed to generate the needed factors to create a successful site that compliments the features Adsense provides. Many webmasters just put up or create mediocre sites and place Adsense on their site and just sits back and waits for the cash to roll in. If that is the mentality of a site owner, then he won't earn from Adsense. Remember, a mediocre site will also get mediocre earnings. To finally realize the Adsense dream, a webmaster must produce a site that has the factors and characteristics needed to generate the traffic and clicks it needs to be profitable. There are many things a webmaster needs to do to achieve this and be one of the millions of sites who have successfully done so. But there are so much more things a site owner has failed to do to make their site more Adsense friendly. Here are five reasons why many Adsense sites don’t make money. 1) There are no good keywords on the site. Many sites have failed to do the very essence of search engine optimization, Good Keywords. The internet has many websites competing for the attention of the “netizens” and many sites contain the same or almost the same subjects, topics or niches. To date, Google is searching at over three billion sites; good keywords can get you a good lead above all the other sites. It is essential that you research well on finding the good keywords your site can use to generate the traffic and get a high ranking on the search engines results. If many internet users are directed to your site, you get a huge opportunity to get great traffic. With traffic comes the profit. In making money you must spend some. Invest in a good program that searches good and proper keywords for your site. These keywords that people are looking for changes and varies, a good keyword searcher is an investment that just keeps on giving. 2) The site doesn’t provide a good niche. To get the attention of the people, you must provide a site that can perk up the interest of the people. Adsense works well if you maintain a good number of traffic, you have to keep the people’s interest on your site and have a group of people to keep coming back to your site and have them recommend it. You must also find a niche wherein these groups of people are interested in. Find the right niche and you’ll find the right group of people that are willing to spend some money. 3) The site owner doesn’t maintain or update their site. You can only maintain the interest of a person for a short period of time. Many websites have failed to keep up the traffic they generate for their failure to keep their site updated. Immerse yourself in your niche and try to find out what’s new and what’s hot. You have to serve something new to the people or if not, try to keep abreast with the developments of your niche or maybe add some sub-niches on your site that still pertains to your niche to get new traffic and keep the attention of your clients in your site. 4) Some website owners don’t provide the full attention to their Adsense sites. Many people just see their sites as a way to earn some extra money. You have to treat Adsense sites as a full size business to make it big. With the heavy competition you have, a good webmaster should treat their site as if it is their main source of income but still maintain a good schedule of their time. 5) Many webmasters have failed to devout time and research to their Adsense site. Many elements are needed to build a successful Adsense site. Good keywords and the right niches can roll in the dough, but this takes time and effort. It is imperative to devout a certain amount of time in looking for ways to develop your Adsense site. The internet is abound of sites that could help your own site. A little time, money and hard work can spell the huge difference between a successful Adsense site and a mediocre one.

Most of the Internet marketing community is at least somewhat familiar with Google Adsense. Google Adsense can be a very lucrative venture for some... So having a better understanding of Adsense is definitely worth your time if you're interested in large affiliate revenues requiring minimal effort.
Google Adsense Ads are small contextual ads that are published on web sites with the consent of the web site's owner. The ads are created by publishers that are selling products and/or creating brand awareness. The ads that are created are called Adwords and they are also a Google sponsored program.
Google Adwords and Adsense run hand in hand. Every time someone does a search on Google or one of their partner networks and clicks on one of the sponsored ads, the person who created that ad will pay Google a predetermined price. This is also known as "pay per click" advertising.
Now the beauty of Adsense is that the person who owns or hosts the web site that the Adwords ads appear on will split the amount of money that Google receives from the creator of the ad. It is a well guarded secret what the percentage of the split is, and it does vary, but for our purposes let's say it's 50%.
If a publisher is willing to pay 40 cents per click for his Adwords ad, then the host of the website that publishes Adsense ads can expect to see roughly 20 cents every time someone clicks on that ad that appears on their site. The other 20 cents is kept by Google. So basically it is a partnership of sorts between Google and web site publisher/owner.
Adsense is shown in the most relevant way possible. What does this mean? Well, probably the best way to illustrate this would be through an example. Let's say Mary had a website featuring women's clothing. If Mary wanted to monetize her web site with Google Adsense the ads that would be shown would all be related to clothing, and more precisely, women's clothing. If a page of her site was dedicated to shoes, then the Adsense ads appearing on that page would be for women's shoes.
google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);
So how is the price per click determined? This is where the Adwords side of the equation kicks in. Adwords advertisers bid on keywords. The more lucrative or sought after a keyword is, the more the advertiser will be willing to pay for each click. Keywords range anywhere from a few cents to in excess of $50 per click!
It's not hard to see how someone with a web site that generates a decent amount of traffic can make some nice money by putting Google Adsense on their site. Many Internet marketers will create web sites with specific content for the sole purpose of attracting high paying Adsense ads. Top Internet marketers earn in excess of $10,000 a month with Adsense, and you can too. It's free to sign up and give it a try so do it today!Articles Source - Free Articles

Every single website and its owner have the opportunity to make some great
money by displaying Google Adsense ads on it. Although many webmasters are
making a nice income with these ads, many aren't.
Many people say that all you have to do is put up a website and you'll be
making over $100 a day with Google Adsense. It does sound simple and it is,
but you will need to optimize your site so that you do generate more and more
clicks on the ads that are sitting on your site.
The first thing that you need to do is to Place the Google Adsense ads in the
right spot of the page. This will determine how much money you will make each
day. It is very important that you place the ad at the top of the page (above
the fold) on your website in order to get the most clicks. What this really
means is that you will want to place the Adsense code that Google gives you
high enough on the page so that your visitors do not have to scroll down to
see the Google ads.
If you choose to have the ads right at the top above everything else then do
that. By placing the Google Adsense ads at the top of your website above the
fold, there is a greater chance that people will click on the ad, which will
help your site generate a higher click through rate also known as CTR. The
reason for this is because the majority of your visitors will not scroll down
the page and look at it.
A lot of the time, people look over the top part of the page without worrying
about scrolling down. The way you blend the ads with the rest of your page
can determine if the ad is visually appealing or not. It is very crucial to
make the Google Adsense ads look like your site and not another ad. You can
do this by making the font and color of the ad's text similar to the rest of
the page. I also recommend that you blend the background of the ad with the
background of your page. It should basically have the same color.
Google gives you the option to go into your account and customize your ads in
different fonts and colors. This will help you blend the ads to your site.
Make sure that you don't use the banner ads on your site because this will
decrease your click through rate.
People who visit your website usually try to avoid any banner and picture ads
that they see. If you want to increase your click through rate, you will want
to add text ads. Google gives you that option so use it.
Here are some other small tips to increase your Adsense income:1. Google has confirmed that using the 336x280 rectangle ad block size does
have the highest click through rate. Using this ad size will increase your
click through rate and the income that you generate.
2. Using a blue underline for the links can also improve your click through
rate. This allows the ads to actually stand out and look clickable. If you follow the advice given above, you can improve your CTR and make more
money with Google Adsense.
